WT is fine sipping bourbon in all its higher proof guises. Particularly the regular 101 and the tony Kentucky Spirit. I'm now a fan of this stuff too - and am very excited about the new 110 proof single barrel version of it. I wonder how this lower proof stuff will taste infused with bananas? with coffee? ...cacao nibs? Yeah...
